13. Note on Meditation; Each breath, during meditation, is like a train moving from one station to another.
As you breath in imagine that the air remains static, while it is your body which moves forward to absorb it. You are now ahead of yourself, having left your energy body in the dust. Then, just as you are about to breath out, imagine that your energy body rushes forward to meet with you from behind. As you exhale, your energy body catches up with your physical body. Repeat the process, as many times as is necessary.
